Urban analysis of the former tram depot in Piazza Bainsizza, addressing its historical value, abandoned condition, and the lack of public spaces in the Prati district. The project proposes adaptive reuse, preserving the industrial architecture while integrating cultural, social, and green functions. The transformation envisions a mixed-use community hub that reconnects the site with the neighborhood and reactivates it as a catalyst for urban regeneration.
